## What is Kiln?

Colour real things, in three dimensions.

Turn Hagia Sophia in your hands and paint its lead domes. Glaze an İznik jug in Armenian bole red. Or take a quiet half-hour over a bakery front, a potter's wheel, a cat asleep on a cushion.

THE ORIGINAL
Every model has one. Tap it and the model puts on the colours the real thing wears — with the year, the place, and a sentence about why those colours and not others. The Parthenon was painted red and blue. The Taj is one material. Saint Basil's domes were plain gold until the 1680s.

Then the button hands you the palette. Not the finished painting — there would be nothing left to do.

FIND THE PIECE YOU MISSED
The hardest part of colouring in 3D is the piece hiding round the back. Kiln tells you how many are behind the model, turns to the next one when you ask, and fades out everything you have already finished.

MADE TO BE FAIR
Three complete models are free forever — every tool, every light, no adverts. Not a trial. Everything else is $2.99 a month or $29.99 a year. There is no weekly plan, and there never will be.

ALSO
· Day, golden hour and night — same model, different building
· Every colour is named, for anyone who cannot tell two swatches apart
· Pinch to zoom, two fingers to move, one to turn
· Your work stays on your device. No account, ever.
