## What is Kilo?

Kilo is a map-first field companion for boaters, kayakers, and coastal explorers in Alaska and Hawaii. Built around the places and conditions that matter most when you're offshore or on the water.

WHAT'S ON THE MAP

• Live weather — wind speed, direction, temperature, and conditions at your position
• Tide chart — current height, next high and low, plus a 24-hour curve
• Sun & moon — sunrise, sunset, golden hour, moonrise, moon phase, and solunar ratings
• Anchor watch — drop a pin at your anchor, get alerted if you drag outside your radius
• SOS panel — one-tap emergency reference and coordinates for rescue coordination
• Layer switcher — satellite, standard, and hybrid map modes

ALASKA AND HAWAII FIRST

Kilo is tuned for the Pacific and the Far North. Tide and weather data pulls from NOAA stations closest to your position. The geo-aware header switches context when you cross between AK and HI waters.

WORKS OFFSHORE

Cell signal cuts out. Kilo's map tiles cache for offline use, and the panels that don't need live data — anchor watch, sun/moon math, tide curves — keep working when you can't reach a cell tower.

MINIMAL. FAST. NO CLUTTER.

Dark UI designed to be readable in bright sun or at the helm in the dark. One-tap panels, no buried menus.
