I genuinely have never met a accurate and fast calorie tracking app in my life. Not until I found KILO. And not only does it track your calories perfectly, but it also logs your workouts and has so many different features for you to easily play around with. I definitely recommend KILO to anyone in the fitness industry or who has a health goal.
