## What is Kilog?

Kilog helps you record your child's height and see how they're growing compared to peers.

■ Percentile from national growth charts
Enter a height and instantly see where your child ranks among 100 peers of the same age and sex.

■ Growth curve
Each measurement fills in the growth curve, shown over the standard peer range (3rd–97th percentile).

■ Growth photos
Upper-body and full-body guidelines help you capture consistent growth photos every time.

■ Record backup and family sharing
Use all features on your device without logging in. If you want to back up your records, log in with Apple or Google. Use an invite code to view and add to the same records with your family.

■ Growth habit guide
Evidence-based habits for nutrition, exercise, and sleep, plus stretching videos.

■ If your child takes growth-hormone injections
Log each day's injection with a single tap and get the next site suggested automatically (site rotation). Dose reminders, adherence and streaks, remaining pen amount, and the next clinic visit. The growth curve marks when injections began, and compares yearly growth rate before and after. Note: Kilog only helps you record — it makes no medical judgment about dosing or treatment. Always follow your doctor.

What matters more than a single height is how many centimeters they grow in a year. Keep track with Kilog.
