I’ve tried every workout app and by far Kim Kelly is the most engaging and inspiring coach. I love how she does the workout the entire time while giving important tips for proper form mixed with motivational words. I love the quick workouts (12 min) because I can fit them into my busy day. Very happy with this app - I’m finally working out again!

Kim makes these workouts so fun that time honestly does fly. You’re done with one before you even realize it. You may think you aren’t going to be sore the next day, but I guarantee you will be! Perfect options for someone who wants low impact as well, but she still pushes you! Plan to work up a sweat! Not to mention Kim is the kindest, most motivating person you’ll meet ❤️

Kim is simply the best. I love working out with her virtually two days a week. Her app allows me to work out as much as possible, targeting all the areas. I recently went to Costa Rica, and the app allowed me to work out anywhere. I cannot put in words how much I love this app.

When Kim said she was coming out with an app, there was zero doubt in my mind that I would be subscribing!!!! Just as good as her virtual training, all of her videos are amazing workouts. The perfect amount of time and challenging you to your best. Even though she does use equipment, I believe it’s an incredible investment to buy a few things she uses because she truly can transform your body. From 2020-2021 I lost 20 pounds and became a whole different person. She trained me during my whole pregnancy in 2022…and I am so grateful because I had a very easy pregnancy, labor, and delivery. Download this and subscribe now to change your life!!!!!!!

I am SO excited to dive into this new app!! I’ve hopped on her lives occasionally and have always wished for more! Her workouts are ALWAYS felt/remembered for days after. She’s SUCH an inspiration!!! Love you Kim!!!!
