Kimá turns the sky into a threshold. The same Sun, Moon, and stars that ordered Jewish time across generations are still above you. Kimá places today's real sky beside 3,000 years of memory—and makes the changing hours of the Jewish day visible where you are. Shaot zmaniyot do not always last 60 minutes. Each daytime hour is one twelfth of the daylight span; each nighttime hour, one twelfth of the night. They change with the season and the place. Kimá lets you see them unfold, understand the current hour's duration, and know how long remains before the next one. • Living clock — day rests on the left, night on the right, and the sky changes with the real moment. The Sun and Moon travel across the dial; the Moon shows its current phase, and the three stars appear as Magen David. • Explained zmanim — alot, netz, sof zman Shema, chatzot, Mincha, plag, shkia, and tzet. Choose GRA or Magen Avraham profiles. Every marker identifies its method and opens an explanation; Kimá does not replace your community's practice or guidance. • Moon and Threshold — contemplate today's lunar phase and path through the sky. The Hebrew day and month open into historical memory and Tanakh scenes. Kimá reconstructs a historical sky only when a complete Hebrew date and a defensible place are preserved; otherwise, it does not invent coordinates. • Kotel compass — find the direction of Jerusalem from your location and recognize the context of Shacharit, Mincha, or Arvit. • Instruments of time — explore a sundial with a fixed gnomon, moving sky, and physical shadow; two animated water clocks—the Karnak-inspired outflow vessel and a receiving drip clock; and the Stone · Tanakh clock. • Shabbat — two candles, a local countdown, and a serene mode that accompanies rest without assuming device use during Shabbat. • Across your surfaces — Apple Watch, iPhone, iPad, and Mac, with widgets and a horizontal bedside experience. The celestial living clock on Apple Watch remains available at no cost. Inside Kimá, you may purchase individual instruments or unlock multiplatform experiences, crowns, widgets, and total access.
