## What is Kimble 2.0?

An enterprise application for existing Kimble PSA customers that allows professionals to record time spent on activities immediately, and out-of-pocket expenses as they are incurred, freeing up time from their ever-busy schedules. The application allows the capture of time and expense details along with photographs of receipts, and through GPS functionality, allows car journey details to be recorded and journey distance to be automatically calculated. Integration with the Kimble PSA means that consultants may enter timesheets and expense claims only for projects to which they are assigned, and ensures that the time recording and expense policies defined for those projects are enforced. Once completed, timesheets and expenses may be submitted for processing following the approval processes defined for their organization.

This application requires Kimble 1.22 or above.

### 1/5 — An absolutely awful experience.

This is by far the worst piece of software I have ever used. I mean it seems to be as archaic as a 1990s website. The app looks nothing like it does in the pictures. It’s a desktop view that shows up and nothing is user intuitive. If login great if you login again you are not able to. I have never touched something so incomplete in my life. They have two modes too. Sandbox and Development so you can be frustrated twice. Whoever wrote this app should look within their selves and reflect on why they even bother to wake up every morning.

No ambition at all.  Feels like this is just a front end for something, rather than designed as an app from scratch.
Doesn’t remember input info and crashes quite a bit.

Sometimes no app is better than a bad app.

Until recently this app handled my time sheets well. Now however all of the options menus in order to select information from a list are current broken. Examples include the “Time Type” option. You can not see what options are selectable .i.e the options are there but are invisible. As such this makes the app currently near broken...

Regarding developer response: I already sent request. Never got a response. However, my company admin also contacted support directly and they resolved the issue

I don't normally write reviews, but this is an incredible disappointment. Mobile time and expense entry should be a staple of any system like Kimble. But, the app is horrible. I was able to get it to work once, but otherwise it literally suits at a screen saying "loading...". I've waited several minutes and it never times out outer provides an error message.

I've tried the standalone time and expense app, as well. However, that app never shows my assigned time.

What a fail.

This used to be just like the website, but now I can’t even get it to open for more than 5 seconds/2 clicks before it crashes. It used to just be hard to use but now it’s impossible.

Everything is many clicks away or too complicated to do. Even the old app made it easier. Simplicity is king with UI and UX

This app is not easy to use. You can’t cancel an entry for you timesheet. 

When doing expenses sometimes you need to select done sometimes you don’t it is totally inconsistent and you can’t learn behavioural patterns easily so you make mistakes thinking you’ve entered something and you haven’t.

Wheels for time entry seem to have a mind of their own
It is not intuitive
V1 was usable this version is not
I would not pay a penny for it in its current incarnation
