## What is KimDrop?

KimDrop is a simple file utility for iPhone. Connect your iPhone and computer to the same Wi-Fi, open the address shown in the app in your computer browser, and enter the access code to manage app files and authorized photo-library items.

TRANSFER AND ORGANIZE FILES
• Upload and download files, create folders, rename, move and delete.
• Import from the system Files app and organize or preview common files on iPhone.
• Create ZIP archives and extract supported archives, including RAR extraction.
• Keep favorites and review local activity records.

MANAGE PHOTOS FROM YOUR COMPUTER
• With permission, browse photos and videos and filter by album, date or type.
• Download original photos and videos, or upload images to the iPhone photo library.
• Photo deletion requires confirmation on iPhone. Limited Photos access respects your system selection.

CONTROL YOUR CONNECTION
• Four-digit access-code authentication. No KimDrop account.
• Separate browser read-only, file-write and photo-deletion permissions.
• Automatic locking, session management and Stop Sharing.
• No ads, subscriptions or in-app purchases.

BEFORE YOU CONNECT
No desktop installation is needed. Use the same trusted Wi-Fi network and keep the app in the foreground during transfers. Local connections use HTTP and are not encrypted in transit; an access code is not encryption. Files do not pass through a developer-operated cloud.

If an original is stored only in iCloud, Apple Photos may retrieve it over the internet when requested. Preview and playback depend on the format, codec and system support; unsupported files can be opened in another app. KimDrop manages its own app storage and cannot browse other apps’ private data. Requires iOS 16 or later.
