Every update breaks the app and required to redownload. Have to use this for work and the reliability is not there. We shouldn’t have to submit a ticket every time the app is updated.

Less than half of submitted videos ever get uploaded. Even if it does upload, there’s a good chance it will be deleted.  Frequently crashes

This app genuinely never works, it lags it glitches it cuts out it films without audio, films only audio, won’t let you play a video you just filmed no matter network connection, doesn’t save RO’s properly. Its main function is to take up space on my phone while killing the battery in the background.

The camera in the Kimoby app is garbage.
Quality sucks, zoom is non-existent videos sometimes go poof and disappear after trying to send them. 

App stability is also bad, gotta love the occasional crashing. It shouldn’t be too intensive, it’s a camera and messaging service at its core and it fails miserably at both when looking at any other messaging and camera app.

I swear, Snapchat would do better than this trash.
Save your money just use email instead.

Not an efficient app. Everything takes long and having to go through so many menus and pages just to get into one thing. Mykaarma texting platform was much simplified, efficient and easier. Will not download this app again.

No one does it like Kimoby. I feel so taken care of, and they are always there to help me with any issues I have. We’ve been able to save so much time and resources (and money!) by automating things like appointment confirmation. Our team is happy and so are our customers! Thanks Kimoby!

We’ve been able to keep ahead of the game and our customers text me anytime they want knowing that I am going to see it when I’m at work ... Haven’t gotten I to many campaigns yet but looking forward to trying that out too.

We have been using this app for our small business for over a year now. Love the features and its ability to adapt and grow with us. Best part we find is the reminder and follow up option before and after appointments. We look like “Superstars” in our customers eyes... Yes we do that as well lol.
