Sometime it just go, crashing and remains unavailable during times which we need it. ### 1/5 — Not working on iPhone 17 *2025-09-26* Not working on iPhone 17 Pro. It’s stuck on home page and when reinstalled, It is stuck at registration screen. Old iPhone also has problem on dark mode where text doesn’t appear in white. But in my experience even after one week of discharge they haven’t uploaded my discharge summary which is very important after a surgery. Whenever I called their response was like ‘May be some problem with their IT department which is not patient’s headache. While the world is moving rapidly towards complete digitalization, you are struggling to run a simple mobile app. ### 1/5 — App not working *2025-12-09* I am experiencing a persistent and critical issue with the app. After updating my details and phone number, I successfully receive the One-Time Password (OTP). However, upon entering the OTP, the verification page fails to redirect to the next screen and becomes stuck. This issue has prevented me from utilizing the app for approximately four to five months, despite multiple attempts. This severely impacts the user experience and needs urgent attention. Worst app ### 1/5 — Very poor design and not user friendly since recently *2025-12-01* The app does not work at all now. I recently downloaded this again and since then the app is having issues. When I register it the OTP sms arrives but the app gets stuck and I am unable to enter the OTP ### 1/5 — Waste *2025-10-18* Dear downloaders plz understand from my experience this app doesn’t work, which is a simply waste app. so please don’t waste your time data memory space or energy downloading this app. To the app developer plz try to improve your developing skills. I use it extensively for managing appointments for my parents and also to check on lab/radiology reports, medicine prescriptions, etc. Recently the app has stopped working in iOS 26 devices. Tried to reinstall the app, and the UI won’t even allow to sign in. KIMS IT team should look into this issue as soon as possible.
