Care Log — A shared family journal where anyone can post updates tagged as observations, vitals, mood check-ins, or incidents. Everyone sees the full picture in real time.

Medications — Set a medication schedule once and the app handles the rest. Get reminded when it's time, confirm with one tap, and let the whole family see that it's been taken.

Calendar — A shared family calendar for doctor visits, physio sessions, therapy appointments, and family check-ins. Anyone can add events and everyone sees them instantly.
