Please fix! Thank you! ### 2/5 — This App Is Terrible *2025-10-15* This is the worst app I’ve ever used. It’s hard to search, it’s hard to navigate period. You have to log in every time, then to order log in again. I spend too much time trying to make this app work. This has been my store but I like to do pick ups and can’t half the time because the app isn’t working. They have great deals and love the merch. The customer service is always kind and helpful. I have one problem but I’m sure they will help me out next visit, but I’m not sure exactly how the rewards work and not sure if I wasted 10,000 points or if it work. Updates to come on that issue. Sometimes when logging in will transfer to Dutchie website and can only place an order at one of the kind goods locations through it. Overly stressed location due to walk pricing at competitors. But at least have what you claim and market online. I’m tired of arriving at location for the same “ohhhhhh we just sold the last one”. Ridiculous when you PRE ORDER ONLINE! ### 1/5 — Don’t waste your time *2023-07-10* If you use the app points that you have SPENT MONEY to earn is basically useless as they aren’t redeemable apparently with “any other offer”, even though they have daily deals and most won’t even ask you about the points. If you do use the points - it’s brought up as if you paid cash… so why you can use them when you visit I’ll never figure out. The points should be treated as “ETO”, you earned them and should be able to use them whenever! Clerk wanted to argue, I walked out after they consumed my entire lunch break. ### 1/5 — No more good customer service! *2023-06-03* This use to be my go to store. The last two times the customer service was awful. All the other stores have friendly, helpful bud tenders. On May fourth the woman was rude and outright mean. I called and complained. I was told they would give me some points to make up for it and notate my account. Today they added insult to injury when they accused me of not being a current customer and told me they could check notations on my account but only if i told this guy everything i already told the other manager. I left in tears .There is no way to get a message to anyone in charge. So maybe they will look at this review. There are too many good dispensaries with good people to go to kind Goods ever again.
