Navigation could be more intuitive, and there are several areas that would benefit from better usability and performance. Unfortunately I think the company that made/supports the app is out of business or something. I like how simple it is and allows me to input my data quickly and get on with my day. My husband and I have been able to plan each pregnancy and the times in between with great accuracy. If your hormones are all over the place and you don’t have a regular cycle I would not recommend this as a birth control method but it is a great tracker to help figure out what’s going on with your hormones and cycle. The Bluetooth thermometer Wink was a cool idea but you can’t get them anymore. I upgraded to premium a couple of months ago but now can’t cancel it. I have emailed support with no reply, googled it and many people say the same - no response and have to cancel payments via their bank! Obviously they have a payment gateway setup but no after service to cancel manually. I did not sign up via Apple so can’t do it there. They won’t return my emails or voicemails. Stop charging me please! ### 1/5 — Kindara user since 2012 *2026-06-28, version 7.4.2* June 2026 Update: ZERO customer or technical support. I’ve got 14 years of cycles tracked and no way to export it. I began using this app in 2012 to track cycles and pregnancies. My cycle averages 21-26 days. Even with more than ten years of data, Kindara still predicts my period as 27 days. Periodically, updates would botch up information or input options, so it was important to have regular backups. A few years ago, Kindara revoked my “grandfathered” features! THAT was almost enough for me to abandon the app. Even with all the hiccups and shady dealings, Kindara was my preferred tracker. But when it changed ownership, Kindara’s customer support became nonexistent. Through the years, Kindara has become less about female health and more about profit— not to mention its extreme decline in a responsibly managed quality product. I still use this app because it has 12 years worth of tracking data, but I would not recommend it for anyone looking for a fresh, reliable tracker/predictor— maybe if they simply wanted a NFP chart with symptoms noted, sure. ### 1/5 — Stopped working *2026-05-08, version 7.4.2* App just recently stopped tracking my ovulation cycle. I reached out to customer support but over a month later have not had anyone reply to my message. I tried looking online for support but the website seemed very buggy with lots of missing pages. I emailed support and afterwards my app started working again but I received no reply to my email which I thought was a bit strange. Is this app still being managed and updated? On the App Store it looks like the last update was 3 years ago so I am wondering if the premium subscription is still worth the money. Update: I’ve just exported all my data, cancelled my subscription and deleted my data via the login portal on the website after reading some comments here with a similar experience to mine. No customer service or updates strongly indicates this has become an abandoned app and poses a security risk to your phone if you download it as no updates = vulnerability in the code which leaves it open to malicious activity. Google ‘Why You Shouldn't Install Old or Abandoned Apps’ for more info on this topic. Where’s the subscription money going if there’s no updates or customer support? Further update: for anyone who is interested I’ve migrated to the Read Your Body app. It uploaded my historical data from Kindara and I’ve been using it for a short time It is well designed with helpful hints, security and backup features works great and is being updated regularly. I just use the free version. We went 4 yrs without getting pregnant and it worked great (using the FAM method.) now I am pregnant (we wanted to be no surprises there) and excited to see what the pregnancy version is like… Anyway would recommend! ### 5/5 — Long-term pregnancy tracking companion *2026-08-21, version 7.4.2* I spent years tracking to ensure consistent periods prior to being ready for pregnancy. Because of the comprehensive tracking options and the easy-to-use visual setup, when I was actually pregnant, I had enough detail from past periods to contrast my symptoms against my PMS symptoms and therefore could allow myself to be more optimistic than without such proof. It was so nice to have choices. Before, I have always felt somewhat afraid of my body because I didn't always know what was going on. But now using the fertility awareness method, I feel empowered, more aware, and in sync with my body and it cycles. And Kindara makes FAM so much easier in its aesthetic and user friendly app. Honestly, it's been a lifesaver and I can't say enough good about it. Thank you Kindara. Update: After many months of successfully Trying To Avoid pregnancy, we decided it was time to Try To Conceive. Thanks to Kindara, there was little guess work and we knew when it was the ideal time to get pregnant the quickest.
