The animation is subpar compared to similarly priced learning apps. I felt like I was watching a 480p show from the 90s. More importantly, the addition and subtraction content was far from any level of learning. It was more practice than learning. For instance, 3+1=4. There’s no visual context on what 3+1 means. My kid needs to see 3 rabbits + 1 rabbit = 4 rabbits! The only thing I’m happy about is that there’s a trial period. It is not allowing me to restore my purchase nor is there any contact info for customer service. I’ve been trying this for 4 months. I’ve contacted Apple and they say it is up to the owners of the app. So I’ve paid over $70 and we’re only able to use it for 5 months. Thanks for stealing my money. ### 1/5 — Short time to be able to use it *2021-08-21* I purchased the app in order for my son to review before school started. I was intending to have it available only for the month that I purchased. So, I payed the full month, was charged fully and then canceled my subscription for the next month within a couple of days. Once I did that, I received a message that my subscription was still good until September 3rd. However, a couple of days after I canceled, the app did not allowed me to log in. My child was able to use it for an average of 5 times! If I payed for a full month, I should have been able to use it for the time said when the subscription was canceled! **Developer response:** Hello! We sincerely apologize for the mistake. Please, try the following: 1. Remove the app from your device and then reinstall it. 2. Click Restore on the locked game. 3. Click the Restore button (the Restore button should be in the bottom right corner right opposite the Free Trial button). Swipe up and complete the process. 4. Click Restore your purchase under Start Free Trial and swipe up to continue. Please, make sure you are using the same Apple ID you used originally for the purchase.
