I am adding the products but not able to see them in cart. On most of the items coupons are not applicable. This app cannot handle people at once. And now I’ve ordered the Etude lip gloss from the tuesday sale. And they’re saying that I cancelled the order and giving me refund. I don’t want a refund, I want my lip gloss from Tuesday sale. I cross checked the products authentic photos online with the products they sent me, and viola they dont match! They sent me counterfeit products. But the app never showed me a valid order ID or confirmation, and when I tried entering the ID it gave me, it said “incorrect.” I only received a payment success email, nothing about my actual order. I also tried contacting support, but the emails listed don’t seem reliable, and I haven’t received any proper response. This feels unprofessional and misleading. Within a minute, u raised the request to get it change, ticket was raised to get it resolved within 24 hours from the support team. It is already 72 hours with 10 tickets raised and no changes made and no support team has got in touch to help get it updated.
