Caring comes naturally. Remembering every birthday, pet’s name, gift idea, preference, and conversation detail doesn’t.

Kindmemo gives you a calm, private place for the little details that help you stay close. Save a thought before it drifts away, see useful context before you meet or message someone, and get gentle reminders on your terms—without streaks, scores, or guilt.

• Add someone manually or import one contact you choose from Apple Contacts
• Save notes, facts, reminders, and meetings quickly
• Capture selected text and links from the share sheet
• Add a note with Siri or Shortcuts
• Use Home Screen and Lock Screen widgets for quick capture and useful context

REMINDERS WITHOUT PRESSURE

• Receive reminders for birthdays, meetings, and check-ins
• Choose “Maybe check in,” “Snooze,” or “Not now”
• No streaks, relationship scores, red badges, or obligation lists

OPTIONAL APPLE INTELLIGENCE

On supported devices with Apple Intelligence enabled, Kindmemo can suggest details already present in your notes and create summaries based on what you’ve saved. Review, edit, or dismiss every suggestion. Nothing becomes a saved fact until you approve it. Turn intelligence off at any time; all core features continue to work.

PRIVATE BY DESIGN

• No Kindmemo account required
• iCloud sync is optional and off by default on each device
• When sync is off, new changes stay on that device
• The details you save about people are not sent to our servers
• No ads; usage analytics and crash reporting can be turned off separately
• Export your data as plain JSON whenever you choose

Contacts, Calendar, notifications, Siri, Shortcuts, Spotlight, widgets, iCloud sync, and data export are all optional and under your control.
Relationships aren’t projects. Kindmemo is a forgiving second memory for the people you care about.
