This app is so slow. Almost every time I log in and click accounts it shows an error message and then I have to log out and back in for it to work. Very frustrating, especially when I quickly need to check my account or make a transfer.

If you’re using the all on iOS, there’s anywhere from a 3 second to a 10 second delay when tapping on the account. Not sure if this will get resolved, as it’s been this way all along. Very very low budget app it seems

Layout is stupid. Doesn’t even display balance under transactions. It just looks stupid and messy take it back the way it was.
Still don’t like the looks of it a lot wasted space

Great app until recently. Latest version crashes when taking a photo of a cheque on iOS 6 on my iPhone 4. Also the App Store support link doesn't work.

When I click the link emailed to me when receiving an e transfer the app gets stuck on a white screen when it’s trying to launch.

I’m so sick of this app. I can’t make any e-transfers thanks to all the glitches. I rely on those transfers for all my online banking.

I love how you can deposit cheques and pay bills straight from the app!! But lately I can’t accept e-transfers from anyone. Hopefully you can fix this soon :(

Best Branch and Bank I’ve used. I’m new as this team worked hard to help me with my unique and difficult position and got me the end goal my former Banking Institution couldn’t or wouldn’t accommodate. Five stars for all staff. Friendly and fast.
