• Easier setup — a smoother first-run walkthrough, browse the full community recipe and chore library when you create a household, and finish by inviting your household with a share link or 6-character code (or add kids and others who don't have an account).

• Availability in one place — set your weekly schedule and one-off away days on a single page, mark someone away right from the calendar, and it now works even when it's just you.

• Smarter Food & Stock — recipe photos on your stock items, your pantry staples pinned to the top, an "add your own" box for custom ingredients, and the ability to add a recipe straight to stock.

• Account peace of mind — a confirm step before signing out, a type-to-confirm gate before deleting your account, account deletion that works whether you signed in with email, Apple, or Google, and you're now properly signed out once it's done.

• Smoother & more reliable — fewer tips crowding the first launch, tidier pop-ups, screens that recover gracefully on a slow connection, and a fix for the shopping list occasionally getting stuck loading.
