## What is KindTake?

KindTake is a voice-first leadership flight simulator designed to help managers practice workplace conversations before having them in real life. Instead of passively reading management articles or static checklist templates, leaders enter real-time, simulated 1-on-1s with dynamic personas that push back, make excuses, or react defensively.
