They currently have a terrible reputation for freezing accounts and not honoring access to your funds. Fees are not disclosed until you are trying to withdraw. I started with them years ago before they were this way. Things have gone downhill. Find somewhere else. This most recent update has my login in a loop. It says I need to download the newest update. I did, but the app keeps opening me up to the App Store. For an app that handles money you need to test out your updates before rolling them out. Logging in is incredible slow as well. Not everyone wants to submit selfies with handwritten notes. Read their T&C thoroughly. I can’t submit the code I enter. So I can’t use Kinesis on my iPhone. ### 3/5 — There are glitches *2021-03-26* At certain times, the prices don’t match up with other trading platforms. Also, there are certain times when it’ll not let me sell my coins especially when a dip occurs , only issue on the mobile app, not desktop. I love the idea of a sound money system and look forward to this growing throughout the world. More and more people and other countries are waking up and realizing how we are devaluing our currency and are looking to diversify into other assets. I can’t believe how game-changing this when I realized what sorts of doors this opens up for saving and investing sound money.
