However, the recent update has ruined the experience for us. Someone tried to break into my van, so long story short, I phoned them up to get footage, they could not help. In total I have spoken to them five times now, every time they apologise but don’t do anything to rectify the situation. Told me I’m locked into a contract and there is nothing they can do about it. They say all the right things but actually just want your money. ### 1/5 — The device is making problems *2021-05-11* Is interfering with the car electric making the fog lights to come on intermittent plus the company will charge you a cancellation fee but you can cancel at any time and you need to pay for sending the device safely to them so around 55 pounds but you can cancel at any time you will pay for it of course ### 1/5 — Absolute rubbish *2020-06-23* My motorcycle was stolen with this tracker taken 10mins down the road and taken off and thrown in a bush absolutely rubbish it was bank holiday weekend on a Thursday night no one was at Kinesis till Monday morning this is absolute rubbish for theft protection do not buy this product. ### 1/5 — Finger Weg *2020-05-25* Reine Abzocke, völliges Schrott System.
