Anyone know how to change the wifi on the app? I recently changed to a new internet provider. So of course I need to change the wifi and password. But where do I find this ok the app? Searched a lot now on the app and can’t find it. ### 3/5 — Brightness Minimum Setting *2025-05-06, version 2.1* Setting minimum brightness on a dimmer switch to 100% renders the dimmer inaccessible and a reset is required. ### 5/5 — Network Error *2025-01-12, version 2.1* Used to work great but now I can’t use it at all. Deleted the app and reinstalled. When I try to sign in I get the same error code which to me doesn’t make sense that I can’t even load into my account to try and re-pair the device. So I’m blocked out and I can do anything. This caused the device control page to turn blank. I can no longer change dimmer settings and as the factory reset option is only accessible via the now blank page I can’t reset my device to clear the issue. So while these products are generally good, there are clearly some issues with the app. ### 3/5 — Lack of HomeKit integration *2024-01-07, version 1.1.4* Useful app but lacks HomeKit integration which is a smart home essential in my opinion ### 1/5 — Works well until it doesn’t *2023-12-06, version 1.1.4* Working perfectly well for weeks but today part of their infrastructure has gone down meaning the cloud functions don’t work and the hub has a red light. There is absolutely no support contact details. The link to app support from App Store just goes to Google. There’s no support option in the app. Running diagnostics shows that “Official Web Domain” doesn’t respond to pings so it’s down, which causes everything else to break. ### 4/5 — Needs update to support widgets & Siri *2023-11-26, version 1.1.4* Bought a quinetic switch to replace my hive lighting system. Workes miles better. Have all the options of a hive smart lamp and more.
