## What is Kinetic?

Kinetic is the workout tracker built for lifters who care about progressive overload. Log sets, track weight and reps, and see exactly whether you're getting stronger — session over session.

AI REP COUNTER
Point your front camera at yourself and Kinetic counts your reps automatically using on-device body pose detection. Supports pull-ups, squats, push-ups, curls, and lateral raises. No internet required — everything runs locally on your device using Apple's Vision framework.

PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD TRACKING
Kinetic compares your current session against your last one and shows you directional indicators for every exercise — so you always know if you're progressing.

FULL EXERCISE LIBRARY
46 exercises across 8 muscle groups (chest, back, shoulders, biceps, triceps, legs, glutes, core) with barbell, dumbbell, machine, cable, bodyweight, and kettlebell categories. Create your own custom exercises and they'll always be starred at the top.
