## What is Kinetiq?

Kinetiq is the training companion built for people who take recovery as seriously as performance.
Most fitness apps count reps. Kinetiq connects the dots — between how hard you trained, how well you slept, and how ready your body actually is to go again.
Training Battery tells you exactly where your recovery stands before you touch a barbell or lace up your shoes. It factors in your training load, sleep quality, and accumulated fatigue so you never have to guess if today is a push day or a rest day.
Sleep Score goes beyond hours logged. Kinetiq analyzes up to 8 signals from Apple Health — including HRV, deep sleep, REM, sleep efficiency, and wake time consistency — to give you a real picture of how restorative last night actually was.
Smart Training Plans are built around how real athletes train. Choose from trainer-inspired splits across 10 athlete profiles, customize your schedule, and let Kinetiq keep you on track session by session.
Running Plans take you from your first easy run to race day with structured weekly plans, pace targets, and heart rate zones built in.
Muscle Balance tracks whether your Push, Pull, and Legs volume is proportional over time — so you build a body that performs as well as it looks.
Everything syncs with Apple Health. No wearable required, though the more data you feed it, the smarter it gets.
