We provide free credits so everyone can try the app, while paid plans help us cover the cost of AI video generation, which is expensive to run. Hi, thank you for calling this out, and I’m genuinely sorry for the frustration. We found and fixed an issue where daily free credits could incorrectly reset back to the daily amount instead of respecting the 23-hour cooldown after a generation. That server-side fix is now live. We also found why some 10-second requests could produce a shorter video: certain AI models only support shorter durations, but the app was not making that clear enough. We’ve updated the duration selector so it shows the actual supported duration for the selected model and clearly warns when a model can only create videos up to a shorter length. Thank you again for the direct feedback — it helped us fix a real issue.
