## What is King Card Game?

King is the classic four-player trick-taking card game, long beloved across Eastern Europe and sometimes called "the king of card games". Easy to learn, hard to put down.

A full game runs 14 rounds in two stages. First come the penalty rounds, where every trick can hurt: avoid taking tricks, hearts, jacks, queens, the King of Hearts, and the last tricks. Then the tables turn — in the second stage you bid to TAKE as many tricks as you can. The player with the best total after all 14 rounds wins.
