But the upgrading proses takes a while. I’ve given the game 2 stars as since playing the foul and abusive language used in chat has spoilt the game for me and for some players I think the context of what is being written would be quite upsetting to read. I would not want my children playing this game so until chat is monitored and offenders removed I probably wouldn’t recommend it. ### 3/5 — Okay *2019-12-30, version 1.0.6* Have played on and off for a few years. It’s okay but unless you spend big you will never compete. Also too many players use multiple accounts in the same server to get an advantage. I wanted to buy gems and it wouldn’t go through telling me to contact them. I can’t do this as they blocked my mails. Someone in my alliance asked for me but they refused to help. They say the game is 11+ but when I spoke said 18+. I’ve watched children play the game, giving out all sorts of personal messages but the owner blocked me for highlighting child welfare issues. ### 1/5 — Boycott china *2020-06-18* Waste game ### 1/5 — Game managers do not take abuse seriously *2020-02-22, version 1.0.6* This game is age 12+ however I have seen adult users use threatening and abusive language several times. I’ve seen the discrimination of minority groups including those with disabilities. I report each of these instances because I don’t think it’s something I should have to see when I just want to play a game. My response from the game was that this is a war game and players can use threatening and abusive language. If you have questions, it is being treated by their customer service as: “you complaint too much” ( only wrote them twice, one was a question and other was why I didn’t get my reward).
