Tried to open it, the log in flashes for a second and then the app closes. I tried deleting and downloading it again with no luck. KP on the live chat advised me to rather use an android device since the app on the app store have syncing issues. This solution doesn’t work for me, I don’t have an android phone to do this… ### 1/5 — Extremely Disappointed *2021-09-09, version 1.86* On the 09 September i called and logged a claim on the app because i needed help with the towing of my car there was absolutely no response from King price i used my air time and clicked on the wrong options because the one i was supposed to use was un available i waited and entire night with no assistance not even a single call back from the King price team i was next to the road and scared but the insurance that was supposed to help me was nowhere to be found no amount of words can describe the amount of disappointment i have in you team ### 1/5 — Bad service *2021-04-26, version 1.78* I was involved in an accident tried calling my insurance I was being transferred from pillar to post with no assist to the point where an individual from FirstHelp assisted but till now I’m still awaiting on King Price to assist. My car has been towed I’m not too certain whether it has been towed to the place indicated on the document.
