It keeps saying the products are unable to load. I uninstalled and reinstalled. Still not working. I can type in a specific product name and brand, and I’ll still have to scroll to find it. Today I was searching for something and it was giving me items that weren’t even related and I couldn’t even find the item I wanted even though I know they sell it. I have no idea who programmed the search feature but it SUCKS. Why can’t you just show me what I’m fkng asking for? Why is that so hard? I don’t understand. ### 2/5 — Terrible coupon interface *2026-08-03, version 96.3.0* No idea why people think this app is great at coupons, it is one of the worst user experiences for this function I have seen yet. No way to filter out coupons you have already clipped. Huge blocks that take up 1/3 of the screen. No way to directly add items to a shopping list…and don’t get me started on the pickup and delivery only coupons. I can only guess many of these reviews are paid for. ### 2/5 — Save to list button not working *2026-07-28, version 96.3.0* Since the update the save to it button is not working, as well as when you are in your list the aisles no longer show or the items are all mixed up. All items were checked from the last shopping trip. When you Uncheck All items only unchecks one item! Very frustrating. Such as not allowing things to be added to the shopping list. Or not being able to organize the list. The latest terrible update mixes up all the items on the list whenever you try to check something off. I’m not sure why your system refuses to acknowledge and accept unit numbers, but it is an issue for me and your team. I’m tired of being contacted because no unit number is given and they don’t know where to go. FIX THIS ISSUE NOW!!! ### 4/5 — Mostly Good *2026-07-21, version 96.1.1* The app is well thought out. I know there are limitations but you all have done a great job save one thing. Reviews on deliveries. Right now you have to log into the website to leave a proper review. The delivery drivers depend on these to keep their gigs and get raises. Make it easier! ### 1/5 — App keeps crashing *2026-07-15, version 96.1.0* App kept crashing was the first red flag. I selected a time slot for delivery and delivery said it was going to be 5 HOURS LATE!!! I waited those 5 HOURS just for them to cancel my order. Will NEVER use this app again. I can search products, see the prices, clip coupons, see if something is in stock, and see which aisle most items/products are in … lately the app hasn’t been loading. I’ll open the app, or click on an add or coupon preview in my email, like I always do, and the app will start to open, but won’t load. Not sure what’s going on. Even if I close it out, and open the app separately from an email, it still won’t stop “loading” to allow me to look/search anything. Please fix this bug, or whatever it is. ### 1/5 — List sucks *2026-07-12, version 96.0.0* I used to love the lost feature. Made shopping super efficient. They are constantly making updates, and the updates make the app worse, and worse each time. First, most items in my order (previously submitted and confirmed) now say Product Not Found (is the store empty?). And after adding items, and ordering backups, the app says there is a problem and won’t let me add anything. So I waited some hours. Same thing. I use a lot of apps and NONE have the problems this one does. And I have used it for years. These people depend on these reviews for their performance reviews and raises. The only way I can see to leave a review is to login online which is cumbersome for something so important. I work in software and if my apps had these kinds of backslides with every release we’d be holding meetings to figure out how to stabilize things. I begrudgingly use this app. And when it works it’s fine. But I’m more often fighting with it than not. KS is a great store. The app? Adding, updating or removing an item shuffles the list until you refresh. Can’t collapse the view. Look no farther than the King Soopers app. Every other update it logs you out and won’t recognize your credentials. Their store WiFi won’t let it load which is even more helpful. But what can you expect from a company that the executive leadership brags about gouging the shoppers. ### 1/5 — Buggiest app ever! *2026-08-13, version 97.1.0* This app is the buggiest I have ever seen, and it gets worse with every “update”! The biggest bug of concern is that when trying to use my list while shopping, every time I check off an item! If you change your password, it won’t allow you to login again with the new password. There’s something wrong with your back in Service‘s Kroger. There was a major update a year or two ago maybe and I have not had a good experience since then. Currently when making my shopping list the “Save To List” option is not working so I have to go into each product and add it to the list. It’s taking twice as long. The biggest frustration that I’ve provided feedback on multiple times, is having to navigate to the list and scroll down to find an item if you want more than one of something. The old version of the app allowed you to click on “Save to List” and increase the quantity right there. There is no way the team behind the app interface are using the app themselves or they would realize how time consuming and inconvenient the user experience is. THE APP DOESN’T WORK IN THE STORE. that’s right you’ll go through and you’ll get your ShoppingList all organized and you’ll get to the store, and the app will not work Which also conveniently for King Soopers means that none of the coupons that you clipped in the app will be usable at the store because the app isn’t working ### 1/5 — Can't log on *2026-07-30, version 96.3.0* Most of this app's features have to do with your account (shopping lists, cart, coupons, etc.) and I haven't been able to log in for over three months. The login screen *never* loads all of the way. I use this app and have selected many items. I got three boys and when my wife isn’t with me this is great use for ordering pick up. Planning ahead ñ, like most things, is a must for good times. If there aren’t things in stock yes it will take it off, as it should!
