The apps needs to be able to display the ticket number in the “My Activity” section. It is so difficult to order food and whenever I try to switch my tab to see the order on another app it says something along the lines of "Order cancelled due to inactivity" when I simply switched the tab for 20 seconds. It deleted my whole order and even the card and address information, I find that unnecessary. Another reason why I don't like the app is because it essentially not listed anywhere. It seems really sketchy not only because of that but because of its app format. As I stated prior, I love the restaurant and have never had my own bad experience there but the app is a whole different experience. I had well over 5k points and today I am still in the process of ordering bc I’m trying to find out where my points went after redeeming a side of beans. I only have 1950 points now and I haven’t even placed my order. I would like to be able to see my rewards transactions this app is just cheating us out of our rewards like that. I will be speaking to someone inside about this. If they can’t resolve this issue then honestly don’t use the app or website for rewards it doesn’t look like we can track when and for what we used our points for and for that reason they probably won’t refund the points back. I had well over 10k points and had used 4500 on an item and was going to use another 4500. This app needs a lot of work done as other apps make it a lot easier to use points and make purchases. Bad customer service as the lady that was helping was being rude and was saying I was wrong.
