Nothing new and they keep charging more for gems/gold. Having trouble supporting a game with so many problems. They just make same thing harder. Getting very boring. Save your cash. ### 2/5 — Played for years *2019-11-04, version 3.10.0* Good game in the beginning, but very time consuming. New events start 1 hour after the previous one ends, plus multiple events occur simultaneously and you need to keep up to stay competitive. Also they place buttons for attacking right over use gold so you end up wasting gold all the time by accident. So you have to do the repetitive tasks slowly to try to avoid it. If I hadn’t had so many hours invested I might have quit already like many have in our faction. You should be able to play less than one hour per day, and it would be fun. I spend at least 6 hours per day in the game, and I have multiple accounts. ### 3/5 — Lag time *2019-10-24, version 3.10.0* The game’s lag time hinders play at critical time during play and it’s annoying....if that was fixed it would improve the over performance of the game. ### 3/5 — Fun *2019-06-06, version 3.9.1* Been playing for years and for a game that can be played for free has remained fun. Has issues at times but usually makes up for it. Main account has maxed out on most things without spending money. Nothing is what it appears to be?? *2019-04-12, version 3.9.1* Nothing in the game has anything to do with game play. There are no instructions on how to play the game just how to navigate around the board and place buildings. All details on real game play must be researched extensively, which leaves no time for the actual game. Forums are useless due to lack of structure or query capability. In game player vs player never allows you to mark a players location therefore you can never return to finish the fight. Events that are 4 days long are normally finished in one day. Items are up for sale constantly but they never indicate which items are totally useless or identify needed items as must have. In game communication has to be done through a second party app which takes you away from the game. Together with leaving the game to talk, identify items, look for players you want to fight, Forums, FAQs, the majority of the game experience is spent logged out of the game. In game money serves no purpose. Nothing of value can be purchased with in game money only real world cash works in this game. ### 3/5 — Kingdom Age *2019-04-02, version 3.9.1* I never played these type of games before until my grandson downloaded KA, MW and CC. At first I just collected money that the buildings brought but then I started getting into it. I enjoy KA but It is starting to get very pricey. They rarely offer a new building that you can purchase with your gold coins. When boost buildings or money buildings are offered you have to buy one of the bundles or not get them which is very unfair. I have also had problems with the game cheating me out of a lot of honor points by purchasing a unit I didn’t click on! If you need help..forget it. The so called support never answers your inquiries much less help you with a problem. I still like the game and have met some nice people. The people and the money I have invested in the game keep me playing. I just wish the people who owns these games would pay attention to inquiries, problems and issues that us players come across and HELP the ones who are lining their pockets with our hard earned money. ### 3/5 — Lag *2019-03-18, version 3.9.1* Game has lots of lag, when using gold/gems that you buy there buttons are so close together that sometimes you spending what you don’t want to. Lag is a huge part of it. They really need to do some upgrades because I feel like you just spent more for the same thing over and over and more because game just gets little harder for same thing. The battles are almost back to back and it’s a little to much. You don’t have much free time with the game. Support is a mixed bag sometimes they address issues and sometimes they don’t. Some issues I have raised go back 2 or more years and remain unresolved. It is simple to play but is a time filler if you have nothing else to do. The more money you spend the better you will do in this game. It always was joyful on earth weekend for all of us to be gathered in a room and be working against another guild. It steadily began to get worse with gree, but now I am finding since deca took over it has gotten even worse. My family’s guild gets put up against guilds way too high for us, when we have a reasonable guild we don’t know if we’ve won or not, because somehow they can hide their scores. This last war happened an hour ago and we were ahead 30,000 points with one minute left and there was only 5 of them. I don’t know how you can score 90,000 points in less than a minute, but they managed to. That isn’t the only time it’s happened either. On my screen it showed we were only 6,000 behind them yet lost by 30,000. Were the scores just that late in showing up, is there that bad of lag, or can you hide your scores? I don’t know any of those answers, but if you want a “fun” free game, this IS NOT THE GAME. ### 1/5 — ***warning*** *2020-09-20, version 3.11.0* I have played game for over 8 years now and only play for the community. I have met some great people. Since Deca took over they keep telling players that the issues will be fixed. Now they are telling players that it is too costly to fix the game because of lack of revenue. Revenue has dropped over the years because players getting tired of all the issues within the game. Lag is terrible so you get the game to freeze; events not working properly; glitches etc. you need to spend a lot of money to be competitive. The game is on its last leg and now Deca is probably going to have more wars which the community is totally against. ### 1/5 — This game is a money scam *2019-12-29, version 3.10.1* Unless your an unintelligent human willing to pay to develop an imaginary avatar this game is a waste of time. Develop your own game and have a bunch of dummies give you money obviously there's plenty out there. That's what the developers of this game did. It would be so bad if it was every once in a wile but it all the time! And don’t make the mistake of pressing the buy button there are no refund for accidentally hitting that button! They are very unforgiving ### 1/5 — GREE GOT RID OF ONLY GOOD GAME ....DRAGON SOUL OTHERS NDG *2019-04-18, version 3.9.1* I’ve played CRIME CITY FROM DAY ONE, AND MODERN WAR AND KINGDOM AGE. THE only real action game DRAGON SOUL they are discontinuing just after they bought it. Why Also notice how they got rid of the Monk priest they had for the raid boss in Crime City not a smart idea with all the publicity against priest right now. Japanese ideas not same as European and Western. I may be deleting all of they when the May dead line is enacted against DRAGON SOUL. MARY. STARGIRL-USA ### 1/5 — No good on solving issues with the game!!! *2019-04-12, version 3.9.1* I’ve asked for 6 months to fix an issue that every time and prestige, normal or master mission something happened and lost my energy points and I am not able to finish until I get out the game and log in back again I been loosing a lot of good rewards because of that issues am tired of this and every time I have it I contact them by email and so far till now there is still have not solve it........ ### 1/5 — Absolute trash. You have to spend a sheet load of money to even compete. They can’t even schedule you for a competitive war within 1min therefore to compete for top prize is impossible. Apple do your job and ban this crap of a game. Apple All you care about is the money your making off this rip off of a game. Stop being GREEdy and ban the game idiots. Over 1hr and you schedule me against an opponent who is over 100 time my strength ummmm ok “stuupid” that’s fair! go f!!! yourself greedy developers. Unfortunately, lately and during the last several years, the support and gameplay has become very stagnant and unbelievably horrible. Unless you have a vast fortune to spend on “gold”, don’t bother trying to become a force in this game. It’s all about how much gold you buy in order to become successful in this game. It’s not that the game is that entertaining but the friends you make while playing the game. Guilds are used with up to 60 members from all over the world. We all talk everyday and therefore have numerous people to help improve how to play. Most use GroupMe to communicate. ### 5/5 — B.S. (aka Bait and Switch) *2020-02-25, version 3.10.4* Could be a great game, but it's rigged. They have these limited time challenges where all of the parts other than the final one are doable, albeit difficult, but then the last part is so difficult that the only way to get it done in time is to spend real $$$. Without spending real $, all you do is waste time trying to find a worthy opponent you can win in-game gold from, but they've all already been depleted because of the slooooww level up for gold producing buildings and the fact that the game has all these built-in limits so you can't do anything without spending real money. And there are long load times every time you go to check out whether a rival has any gold to be taken. It's one thing for a game to be a time waster if you're playing, but this one you just waste time waiting. Revised for v. 3.10.4: If you make friends in this game, they can help you get things you couldn’t by yourself. Also kudos to the new owners for admitting and quickly fixing the long load times. Finally, it's glitchy. Am having to reinstall constantly because the new version crashes all the time and then won't relaunch unless you reinstall. They finally fixed the dreaded lag which was a huge issue and cost the game lots of players. It is very rewarding to see new things / updates added and players who quit start playing again.
