This app is a great resource overall to be used as an accountability tool for your fitness and nutrition goals. Counting and tracking calories made easy with quick add or barcode scanning. How-to videos of exercises and the ability to create your own workouts and add them easily to your day. I love the daily journal feature of adding just about anything health related to your day and being able to look back on it. 5/5 for sure, thank you Kingdom FIT!
