There is no support I go up to level 24 then I lost how far I got and everything appeared in the areas  that I had completed I still had my money and the unlocking dragons and I lost all the boxes you can buy with gem I started with 9,000 of them they disappeared down to 2,000 and now it won’t save progress so ever time you leave the game and come back a bit later everything has gone back to before with nothing done, it would seem the developers don’t care they never respond if you ask a question it’s left me feeling lost because I lived the game and went on several times a day and I am annoyed to the point I will be uninstalling this game and also it’s sister game because that’s same

I like playing this game BUT I can’t get beyond level 24. I have over the amount of stars needed to uplevel. I’ve got all the characters and houses. But still can’t uplevel? This is the sort of thing that makes me stop playing.
