I have over the amount of stars needed to uplevel. I’ve got all the characters and houses. But still can’t uplevel? This is because my normal workers seem to have completely disappeared. Additionally, I can’t level up from level 24, despite an overflow of points to do so. I have noticed that some of these problems are shared with other p,Ayers, but I think I may be one of the only p,Ayers to have lost my normal worker s on the tropical island. My question: is there no way to sell or delete items from my board? I am Only level 7 so maybe I have to unlock it? I am not having any issues as of yet. I enjoy the game and like the way it’s laid out and the fact that when you mine or open things they pretty much go where the like items are and not just thrown around like Other games I’ve tried. I Really wanna Keep this game as one of my daily pleasures, but without any other way to contact anyone but FB, I’m not sure I will keep it. I don’t have FB and don’t want it. The game 'toolbars' are not at the edges of the screen and interfere with the game and visibility. These cannot be changed by the player. Items that you move on screen sometimes ghost in the old spot. This causes merge problems and visibility challenges (because you can have a real item underneath the ghost item. The other issue is the near constant screen pop ups. In less than two minutes of play, I counted 9 pop ups. Between these and the small frame because of the improperly placed toolbars, it is more frustrating than it is worth to play at this time. I do keep checking on it in the hopes that these errors will be addressed. ## Most critical reviews (10 lowest-rated) ### 1/5 — No support *2024-11-07, version 1.24.510* There is no support I go up to level 24 then I lost how far I got and everything appeared in the areas that I had completed I still had my money and the unlocking dragons and I lost all the boxes you can buy with gem I started with 9,000 of them they disappeared down to 2,000 and now it won’t save progress so ever time you leave the game and come back a bit later everything has gone back to before with nothing done, it would seem the developers don’t care they never respond if you ask a question it’s left me feeling lost because I lived the game and went on several times a day and I am annoyed to the point I will be uninstalling this game and also it’s sister game because that’s same ### 1/5 — Missing rewards.
