After the app update today , the game hangs when you hit explore and hit start battle… I can no longer explore.. I end and reopen app but I get the same problem… Had no issues until the new update.. if I uninstall and install my progress and payments will be gone I’m sure.. was a good game..I did a simple update then the wheels fell off.. I can get in touch with anyone from support to assist either…

You are forced to spend money to advance. Or wait days .. you spend more time building a city than fun action battles…constantly have to spend money to power up heroes… no good..

Although similar to the ad I clicked in some ways it’s not anywhere near an accurate depiction of gameplay.

課金したのに反映されてないことが分かり、カスタマーサービスに連絡したが、放置。
その際、領収書番号や日時を提示しているにも関わらず、対応無しかつ返金無し。
これはフィッシング、詐欺のゲームだったのか？
Top game という会社の経営に疑念を持ちました。
課金だけしてほしいのでしょうか？
戦争ゲームなのに、バグで敵の攻撃の点線は、再起動しないと現れませんし。
数々のバグは修正されないまま1年放置のあと、現在、運営からのアナウンスもなく、募集を締め切っている惨状。
トップゲーム社はエボニーなど新たなゲームを買い取って運営しているが、同会社なので考え方は同じだろう。被害が続出を懸念するので、トップゲーム社のゲームのレビューにはアナウンスしていくつもりだ。
ゲーマーのみなさん、Appleの返金対応してくれる期間は2ヶ月です。その期間なら「告知なく募集終了」してることを伝えて、返金処理してくれる可能性あります。クレカやPayPayならばその決済元に連絡するのも良い。
または行政ならば消費生活センターへ。
こちらも進展があれば書き込みます

このゲームは日本語ではフルに機能しません。修正をカスタマーサービスに連絡しても英語表記で遊べと言われて修正もされません。ゲームも更新されません。イベントも通知なしで変更や延期になります。最悪のゲームです。評価？星0です。

Don’t download. There hasn’t been an update in 4 months nor has customer service indicated an update is planned. The game is a money grab for Top Games. Don’t waste your time and money here.

The devs don’t care about cheaters people just do whatever the heck they want in this game don’t waste your time with it.
They also haven’t actually done a good update for months maybe ever .

Why would you advertise a game that doesn’t exist .. I guess when something is free bait and switch doesn’t really matter .. still though,  super corny..

This game is a load of rubbish they done one update since then The game is full of glitches. They can’t get any of the events right nothing seems to work but yet they’re grabbing everybody’s money.  They don’t answer your messages when you message customer services. Any other business would be shut down for the way they treat their customers but they seem to get away with it. It’s a disgrace.

Started fun but now it's just a lot of waiting. 3 days waiting for a building to upgrade is insane and causes lack of interest.

突然ログイン不可能になり、回復せず、そのままプレイquit。
お粗末な商品です。
ゲームの内容自体も、バランス悪く不具合多く無法で粗野なヤカラがのさばりやすく、B級品以下の、C級品といえます。
サポートも3流。
ダウンロード時に期待する内容と、中身の実態の乖離は詐欺級。
良き仲間と交流できたことが唯一の救いとして、かろうじて星ふたつです。
