Customer service is very unreliable, they will deflect any concern or problems you have. The biggest drawback is the servers need to be monitored more by the people in charge. At this moment, US Server S-12 Duel Master is experiencing so much lag issues which makes the game unplayable. Devs please look into this matter and fix it. Players are unhappy and this problem is going to drive future players from giving this game a chance.
