US-S12 Duel Master Jackson81 ### 3/5 — Good game but servers need to be monitored *2020-06-16* It’s a good game overall if you’re into a classic mmo game for your phone. The biggest drawback is the servers need to be monitored more by the people in charge. At this moment, US Server S-12 Duel Master is experiencing so much lag issues which makes the game unplayable. Devs please look into this matter and fix it. Players are unhappy and this problem is going to drive future players from giving this game a chance. They keep making games with daily missions and activities focused in group gameplay which is good, but because they keep making new servers every week it’s literally impossible to participate in any of this activities becuase there are no other players to play with because they are all scattered in the 100+ servers they have. you’ll be in queue looking for a match for 10+min and you’ll be lucky to find a match. ### 2/5 — No iPhone X *2017-11-22, version 1.7.0* Been playing for awhile. The game is actually quite fun and provides enough content to allow you to play for many hours each day. The playing field was relatively fair and you actually had a chance of winning, which adds to the element of fun. Customer service has been top notch with responses received within hours of submission and compensation given to players for any inconvenience experienced through bugs, maintenance etc. I thought I had finally found an App Store game that was committed to providing an enjoyable gaming experience and not just in it to get rich quick. It is now like every other greedy game on the market. A recent price rise of 25% with no increase in content offered means that the top package is £100! That is ludicrous! To give you context, you could easily spend the content that a £100 package provides in about ten minutes!!! I'm open to spending to support the development of this game but the pricing strategy is now geared towards making as much money as quickly as possible. Also, they have released new content which you can only acquire by literally spending thousands of pounds. This severely changes the dynamics of the game and creates a pay to win environment. If you play against these players you are guaranteed to lose and they will dominate every aspect of the game. For me, this ruins the fun. I find it quite unbelievable that this is the first proper review on the App Store! Maybe snail should focus on expanding their customer base to generate more revenue rather than increasing prices? 5 stars for the game 1 star for pricing strategy Overall 3 stars ### 2/5 — After update there are visible glitches *2016-12-02, version 1.1.1* I can't see what the quests says. Bugs are normal and is not why I gave this game one star, it's how they handle the issue, or should I say how they "NEVER" handled the issue. I've contacted support once the issue appeared, didn't get a respond till after a week, and when I did, i was told to write an email to another email address. And of course I am still waiting for that response, pretty sure my emails will just go unanswered and game still broken. All this game cares about is making more money. They have absolute no regards for the players. I've spent plenty on this game but I will never spend a penny more from this day forward. ### 1/5 — Why is the server always down? *2016-10-31* Game has the potential to be fun, but there are so few information available. People don't know how to do events, every update require you to do a complete reinstall, every few days server is down with no status update on the website, forums has no answer to any questions as every question gets an auto reply to contact customer support and there are absolutely no info on items avaliable.
