Nope, if you don’t move for literally half a second, that hand is “helpfully” showing you where you should drag the piece. It’s incredibly distracting. There is no way to turn this off. I stopped playing because they don’t update it and I ran out of stuff to do. I came back a year later and nothing has changed. But I just learned that the developers have pretty much abandoned it! They keep promising new events and a “misty” area to be revealed and it hasn’t been revealed in two years. My disappointment is great, which is why the 1 star. It’s fine enough, but once you get to higher levels everything kind of falls apart. Your bag gets full, the board gets cluttered… and this game still has the pain points in app purchase games have but without IAPs to alleviate them, which just leaves you bored, frustrated, or both. Kind of sad, really.
