Adults talk sexuality explicit in realm chat around 12 year olds (which is what this game is rated for) and even when reported, the devs do nothing. There is a massive amount of cyber bullying and even when reported, the devs do nothing. The developers have made it where you cannot be successful at this game without spending a large amount of money. They stay taking almost half a day to respond to a ticket— and their customer service don’t even read the whole ticket. Why ask for documentation of the issue when it’s not even being read? Your guys’ reading comprehension made one ticket take TWO WHOLE DAYS just to say the brews I bought are gone to waste because of an issue yall have on your end. It is extremely pay to win. This game is based on war. Constantly. Everytime you load in the game the first thing that pops up is stuff they want you to buy. Even then they game isn’t strong enough to with stand being hit so you will have to lag out and watch everything you’ve worked hard for be gone in minutes. And guess what? After you lose everything and have to restart. The game starts flashing more stuff for you to buy to recover months is not years of work. ATA only cares about people who spend thousands. This game is entirely pay-to-win, and the power imbalance is completely unchecked. There are no mechanics or level limits to protect smaller players, meaning high-spending accounts can—and will—utterly destroy you repeatedly. Instead of strategic gameplay, it quickly degrades into a platform for bigger players to bully everyone else off the map. Just saving you the trouble of dealing with the daunting early game grind.
