They have taken money for a service they did not provide! The driver pulled in and pulled off immediately as we were stood on the pavement! If I book a taxi I want notifications. I don’t want to be disturbed by marketing crud. ### 1/5 — Absolutely Appalling Service *2025-12-01, version 55.3* This is the THIRD consecutive time now that I have booked a taxi in advance that has then utterly failed to turn up - forcing me and my family to scramble to find last minute alternative transport or having to cancel appointments. When you “book” a taxi in advance you are of course doing no such thing. No car or driver has actually been assigned to you. It’s false advertising. You can’t call a human to complain or find out when they might bestow you with a ride. You just get an entirely unhelpful automated response that tells you nothing useful. I won’t be using them again and have deleted their app. I would strongly recommend that you use a different company. I have tried everything, re downloaded, tried to book through the website, still not working.when I call the office the automated customer service keep getting my address wrong and when finally I can talk to somebody they don’t hear me so hang up on me. Have since changed my phone but kept the same number and it won’t let me register as it states my number is already registered. Contacted the firm who advised the developer and a year later still cannot use the app. 😢 ### 1/5 — Dont use for important trips *2024-09-12, version 34.6.17* The app takes advance bookings but does not allocate a driver until very close to the departure time. We booked a taxi to the airport a week in advance but the driver was not allocated until less than 10mins before we were due to leave which meant they were 20mins late.
