That’s the problem it exists. Recently, a new error occurred, when the ring comes, it only appears 0.5 seconds. You can only hear the 0.5 seconds ringtone, but it doesn’t show anything even in the Call Log. No delays at all. Most importantly, I was able to call American Express HK and was able to dial in PIN numbers just as you would on a normal phone call- talked for half an hour and I didn't notice any difference between this app than a normal call. I don't usually write reviews but I feel that the reviews on here are not justified and they are just completely different than what I have experienced.
