Depuis bientôt deux mois il y a eu une fois de plus une erreur sur le serveur Lockwood sur lequel nous jouons à la fin de l'evenement mensuel, cela fait bientôt deux mois que les developpeurs ne nous répondent pas concernant cette erreur qui a occasionné pour certains joueurs (dont moi) une perte de classement et donc de récompenses alors même que de l'argent avait été investi sur cet evenement. Ils n'ont aucune considération pour les joueurs tout ce qui les intéresse c'est l'argent que nous dépensons. Si nous réclamons auprès d'Apple les achats sur lesquels il y a eu des problèmes ils considèrent que nous faisons des réclamations frauduleuses et se servent dans les comptes des joueurs en gemmes quitte à les laisser en montant négatif. Je n'aime pas payer pour me faire avoir par les erreurs des developpeurs qu'ils n'assument pas et ne compensent pas! Plusieurs joueurs ont quitté le jeu à la suite de cette erreur.
Nous voulons être dédommagés sur ce serveur! 


For nearly two months now, there has been yet another error on the Lockwood server—where we play—at the end of the monthly event. For almost that entire time, the developers have failed to respond to us regarding this issue, which caused some players (myself included) to lose their rankings and, consequently, their rewards—even though money had been invested in the event. They have no regard for the players; the only thing that interests them is the money we spend. If we file claims with Apple regarding problematic purchases, they deem the claims fraudulent and deduct gems directly from players' accounts, even leaving them with a negative balance. I don't like paying only to get shortchanged by developers' errors—mistakes they refuse to own up to or compensate us for! Several players have quit the game because of this error.
We want to be compensate !

This game has useless daily reward coins that can’t be used for 6 years..Way to many heroes..That are added constantly..Cheating is rampant and goes unchecked..Backpack is for of useless items promised to be converted after events but they never are..Customer service is pathetic and dismissive..I could go on about all the things wrong in this game but you get my point..STAY AWAY FROM THIS GAME..HAS JUST GOTTEN WORSE YEAR AFTER YEAR!

Useless daily reward coins..Backpack full of useless items that have been discontinued or promised to recycle but never have been..Way to many heroes that they add almost weekly..Many glitches and errors that are never resolved..Costumer service is a complete failure and very dismissive to any customer problem..More a moneymaking game then a joyful one..I could list many more problems but you get the point..Cheaters run rampant with impunity..DONT PLAY!!!
