Returned recently but now seems the developers have abandoned the game and left to its own devices. Lots still playing game but now we can’t use chat as game keeps closing down. I have played a couple similar games but this one is unique. Though I am know where close to getting the pieces or shards for the Heroes / Characters. I loving the cartoon style! Darina, Holder, Karolina and Surrey are my favorites right now! Excellent game which I am looking forward to seeing more content and growth! Now for why I gave it four stars and not 5 stars. One is this mobile game is great but happens to not be that lively. I suggest promoting the game. -I have many ideas! I will only suggest two. The first is create more Blue, Purple, Orange Rarity Heroes / Characters! More Women preferably. Or more different races! More Elven Men and Women Characters! I would like to see other races like Harpies, Orcs and Satyrs to name off three races. -My other and second suggestion. What if you made Hero / Character sets of three. For example a purple elf archer, purple elf mage and purple elf rider will have two buffs or perks! When in the same formation. I love the game and had to be honest with the developer. When I finish with my bachelors degree. I plan to support this mobile game when I can. Hackers and cheaters run amok using emulators to build up their troops and equipment (no one playing honestly can produce 2 billion troops in less than one two weeks) - where is customer support? . Complaints go unanswered - where is customer support? Most events have been removed - where is customer support? We are unable to summon heroes as events are no longer available - where is customer support? Alliance Chat keeps disappearing - where is customer support? Glitches occur at each and every weekend event, as well as every single day, with no solution or assistance from customer support which apparently doesn’t exist.
