Good concept, decent game play. BUT, they merge servers nonstop so no matter how aggressively you try to advance you end up just getting further behind. Latest server merge now has created survey busy delay with gameplay constantly. Save your time and money, find another game to play. New update. Another merge. I used to spend money multiple times a month on this game. They have merged it to the point that being a pay player doesn’t help. Been trying to get support for some event problems…i’m vip7 and only get useless chatbot responses. They then asked me to submit a review, so here it is. When you report a bug or issue either your ticket gets closed without resolution or explanation or never get answered. When you pay in game there are not only hidden charges but also issue in top up Quantities. I’m a long time player of this game and won’t spend anymore money on this game simply because it’s ridiculous to think everyone can play this game every day to keep up with the rewards and not miss out. Be cautious, their customer service has gone downhill as well. They don’t care as long as it doesn’t affect their revenue streams. Only when multiple, top level, high spending players complain and threaten to boycott spending or leave the game do they pretend to do something about it. Even then it is short lived, and yet somehow they manage to suspend or punish players who do dumb nonsense or are accused of cheating without any actual proof. Then out of the blue, the devs will merge a ton of their servers into one. As an example in the most recent occurrence, I worked my ranking up into the top 50. Then the devs merged 120 servers, dumping hundreds of massively strong new players into one combined arena. Now, after all that effort, my strength level is irrelevant on the new combined server. Basically, it’s like starting all over again. And these merges happen on a regular basis, so effectively you can never get any traction in this game. I’ve never played a game like this, where they keep resetting the playing field on you, making you feel like you have to start from the beginning, over and over and over again. It’s a horrible cycle. I’ve been playing this game for quite a while, and it just keeps getting worse and worse. Now that the devs have squeezed everyone onto one or two servers the gameplay is so slow it’s almost unbearable. Players are quitting left and right so it’s not even worth playing. Looks like it’s time to find a better game to play.
