換手機，忘記密碼，晶片卡也忘記了，所以帳戶完全不能用，只能找據點，然後據點又少，又要跨縣市，六日又沒有營業，那就是變相叫我請一天假，特地跨縣市去解鎖後再把錢領出到別的據點多的銀行存，否則在很急用錢的時候，遇到會欲哭無淚

打電話去165才知道是詐騙手法。
