Bought the tickets but can't access the tickets on the App as the SMS code never turns up and no 2 min follow up call .... ok going digital but it doesn't work and no human to speak too🤷‍♂️

This app is total rubbish. Won’t let me order my ticket. Keeps putting 2 junior tickets in the basket and then charges £5 for delivery? When I’m ordering it online. I end up ringing the ticket office every time . 😡😡

Tickets don’t appear in the app. There appears to be absolutely no way of sorting this out other than going through the customer services. Really poor.

I can see my tickets, my app is done. The app keeps sending me reminders to update to the latest version (it is) to make sure my tickets are there. So you click to update, and it says the update is not available and try later. Which turns into a circle of the app notifying then the update not available. And the App Store says it’s the current version.
Ignore the app notifications and go into the app separate from them- and what do you know, I can see my tickets.
Horrendous waste of time.
Why can’t the tickets be saved to my Wallet!?

Every time I use the pile of junk I wonder why I put myself through this torment. Given the demographics of the average Gloucester supporter this is going to  challenge their technical prowess and patience.

Terrible app. Keeps saying I need to update the app, yet it doesn’t update and it says on the screen update now! Grrr.
Going to see the 745 match today yet can’t access the tickets on the app!!

One of the worst apps I have  ever come across, e.g. not able to make match ticket transfers well ahead of time, you need to transfer season ticket and then get it returned - why not pre-populate with individual tickets by match that you only send out. And it’s not helped by Glaws withdrawing public access Wi-Fi in the summer - the app doesn’t work in the Malvern Tyre stand on EE network - but all the updates including team line ups are on the app - brilliant if you want to look up team selection during the match! Security trumps usability!

Does exactly as supposed to. Ticket was on there, sent the other one to a mate with no issues. Nice notification with the team news too.
