Sometimes it allows me to sign in immediately  and other times it refuses to cooperate. The email and password are always the same so I’m confused as to why. Also a lot of the time it only gives you moments to sign in and if you’re not quick enough you have to go through the process again. It can be frustrating.

Since they made a new update my iPhone doesn't support it.  Sorry I don't have the newest iPhone model, but if it worked before it should still work, it's just a bank app not a high end game.

There seems to be an ongoing problem getting and retaining quick view on iPhones. And there is no way to restore it unless you delete the app and reload it. Surely this is something that can be remedied without all of that fuss. I am 70 and not so tech savvy so I will make the long drive for me to Kingston and get one of the helpful tellers to help me again. Also cost me 16.00 in fuel. Perhaps it may be time to switch to a local credit union in Napanee.

I am loving this app for my banking needs! Super convenient, especially with Apple Pay support now.

The draw back below, for the readers out there, please know that the iPhone and iPad apps are working well and Apple Pay is working well on them too. Just having difficulty with the Apple Watch.

One draw back, and I need direct app developer input on this: 

ISSUE: I got a new Apple Watch, and I cannot link my card to my new watch as it keeps saying that I have entered the wrong expiration date.

PROBLEM: there is no means to edit or add an expiration date.

ATTEMPTED TROUBLESHOOTING: I have deleted the app everywhere and deleted all account information everywhere. Did a reinstall. App works fine on iPad and iPhone, but card will not link to watch.

Long awaited. Great to see how much work you guys have put into making this app. Its a shame that bigger banks can't even come close to making an app as well polished as yours. Keep up the good work.
