I love these devices however they stopped responding all of a sudden. I don’t know where to go to troubleshoot them. All three are not responding.

**Developer response:** Hi Bjhayer. Our records show that you reached out to our support team on Sept 10, and we went over your account and Kini settings. It turned out that your Kinis, after a brief Internet outage at your location, all had resumed normal operation.
We'd love it if you could confirm that all is well and update this review.

Do easy to setup and get placed and they work every time. Peace of mind has rarely been this affordable!

Love the app. Needed to make little changes to my Kini and this made it easy. I love my Kini-I use them for all my gun safes.
