I was a customer but found was not using the app enough, so I cancelled it. I had till October 8 to use and none of my videos I try to make generate, very disappointed I paid for this and have many tokens to use. Save your money, total waste of money!!

It used to be $49.99 for 60 credits, which could be renewed whenever.  To pay the same price but be 
restricted to 30 animations a month (many of which don’t turn out the way I want or direct) is a total stab in the kidneys. 
Given you have 40+ options of things to animate your photos, being limited to 30 creations a month is not very appealing.  

You’ve lost me .  0.5 stars

I have not used the app for awhile due to health reasons and I only used the app once in awhile and I had over 200 tokens/coins so I cancelled my subscription after I paid my 4/2025 payment. I went to use the app today and they have stolen all my tokens/coins. Apple cannot help because it’s a 3rd party app so I’m waiting on the app to resolve this issue and if they don’t I’m filing a complaint with my credit card.
