It’s really, really not user friendly. I have to log in repeatedly. I haven’t been able to access digital coupons for months. I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, rebooting my phone, etc. Nothing seems to help.😕 ### 1/5 — Useless *2024-10-11, version 7.4.1801* Can't even click on any of the functions. Why does this exist? ### 1/5 — Horrible user experience *2024-04-30, version 7.4.1801* The app loses track of which meds I have. And it also offers me the option to refill a script and when I press the button, it immediately tells me it’s too early to refill. Buttons at the bottom of the screen don’t scroll to full view. The button to refill all your available scripts is hidden in the middle of a paragraph of text with no color distinction. ### 2/5 — Not consistent *2024-03-23, version 7.4.1801* I set my app up and used it. Worked fine. But when I have gone to use it the last couple times- it says my password and email don’t match. (I have them written down and saved and they are accurate) I figured maybe the app just wants me to update them. I clicked forgot. No. Won’t work. It says my email isn’t accurate? It’s the same email I have had for 30 years. :/ then out of the blue it advances to the next screen and asks for my child’s or pets name… and prescription number. I enter it.. and it says it’s wrong and re-enter. Sigh. It’s accurate and there isn’t anything I can change. ### 1/5 — This app is terrible *2023-12-14, version 7.4.1801* Why do I have to sign in multiple times when trying to use the app? It’s ridiculous! I sign it to start, then have to sign in to go to whatever category I want to go to, then I have to sign in again for absolutely no reason! Surprisingly I don’t have issues with refilling my prescriptions. ### 1/5 — Save yourself the hassle *2023-07-11, version 7.4.1801* Go to the store and get your stuff filled that way or call and talk to someone. This app does not let you refill things through it, even though it says it was submitted it never is. I’ve run out of my medication every time I try to refill it with this app because it doesn’t really even do anything. ### 1/5 — makes me login over and over… *2023-03-29, version 7.4.1801* Not sure what changed … tried to look for any new ecoupons and app kept wanting me to log in again…never got to the ecoupons. also took a dozen tries to get a nickname accepted to submit my review ### 2/5 — Scan is broken *2023-01-29, version 7.4.1801* The scan adds a zero to the beginning of the prescription. Drug store won’t recognize the prescription with the preceding zero. So you have to manually retype the prescription number without the preceding zero. ### 1/5 — Not user friendly *2023-01-12, version 7.4.1800* Not a user friendly app at all. They frequently bill my insurance wrong, no way to correct it. Will show scripts cancelled when they are not.
